Axle shaft question

I tore into my 94 4wd this past weekend to replace all the ball joints, tie rods and steering gear. When taking it apart and looking at the exploded view I noticed that I don't have an axle shaft spacer or snap ring. I have tried autozone and napa but neither of them know what the heck I am talking about. Can anyone on here help me out.

Did you print that off and take it in to them?

I took it to napa with me and they said they don't carry those. Well 2wd wouldn't have axle shafts in the front so you wouldn't have a need for them.

Could it be because the truck was switched from auto-locking hubs to manual hubs that the spacers were removed?

most places when they switch out the auto hubs for lock in lock out dont reuse the axle shaft spacer and c clip because the lock in lock out hubs dont need it. or thats what a garage told me when they swapped them out on my 97 ranger but i had a problem with the lock in lock out stuff coming loose so i took them off my 91 explorer and put them back on my ranger.
