Welcome to the forum
Did you adjust the rear brakes?
Try pushing the Parking brake pedal down a few times, it should get higher each time
This adjusts the Star wheel inside each rear brake to push the shoes out to where they should be, you can't "over adjust" the star wheels, so pump the E-Brake pedal
If you didn't do this then you will have too much travel in the rear shoes and that requires alot of brake fluid, so pedal goes down to the floor trying to fill rear slaves
Of course bleeding the system should be done after doing all 4 corners
Start with passenger side rear(farthest away) then drivers side rear.
Passenger front then drivers front
With no power assist(engine off) there is very little leverage on the brake pedal so even with air in the system pedal travel can seem "good".
When engine is started you get the power assist and pedal now has enough leverage to compress any air in the system so pedal goes down much farther.
If you replaced the brakes in all 4 corners because of wear then the above will probably fix it
If, however, you were having other problems that caused you to replace pads and shoes then could be Master Cylinder issue
