A couple months ago I noticed on my 1999 Ford Ranger XLT 4wd that the front passenger cv joint axle shaft had been rattling around. I took it off yesterday to inspect what may have been causing it. I need help identifying this part. It seems like something had sheared off.

 

I dont really know exactly what its called, its some kind of retainer ring or something. Pretty easy to get those.
