Changing plugs, kill 4x4???

Hey guys and gals I was just wondering if there is any possible vacume lines, switchs, electrical connections in the area of the engine needed to access the spark plugs. Last weekend I put iridium plugs in my 4.0L SOHC and I know have a problem with my 4x4. I am close to taking it to a dealer and just thought I would present this quick to the forum.

On your 2001, there are no vacuum lines at all involved with the 4x4 system and the electrical connections and grounds are in the interior and under the truck below the driver's seat. The only part that I can find under the hood that is related to the 4WD Module is fuse #13 in the distribution box.
