Clutch losing pressure

Hi Guys,

I have a 95 Ranger and I’m having an issue with my clutch. I noticed it yesterday when I had a brake fluid leak from the master cylinder. As I went to drive off the clutch seem like it didn’t want to engage, but the truck moved just was revving higher than normal and the truck was creeping. After a couple minutes of me driving it came back and continued with no more problems. Today however it rained and it seemed almost immediately when the underbody got wet it started again. Got out of the rain and it started shifting and running fine again. Can anyone help me with this?

You can replace clutch Master, and I would since its leaking

But it also reads like your clutch disc is worn out and slipping, water just makes it slip more
