Lift front end of truck, support with jack stands.
Remove wheel/tire.
Remove axle nut.
Remove brake caliper/disc.
Remove upper ball joint pinch bolt, separate knuckle from control arm.
Remove outer tie-rod end nut and separate from knuckle.
Pull knuckle outward and remove the axle from the knuckle.
Use a pry bar to separate the inner CV joint from the differential, it is a spring loaded friction clip type deal, it will just pop out.
Catch any dripping oil.
Install new axle in reverse, loc-tite caliper bolts and top off differential oil if needed.
