Slow speed "shudder"

Ok, I know this is a known issue with the rangers but I have tried things to fix it. I get that annoying shudder when first accelerating. I have re greased the slip yokes several times, which helped a little bit only for about 1000 miles. U joints are fine, checked engine mount bolts.., I really don't know what else could be the culprit.

Another factor is it only seems to happen in warm weather. It usually never happens in the colder weather. Again this short shudder only happens when first taking off from like a stop sign or something.

My 97 does this. It never used to but started after I lowered it. Not too sure what's going on with it.

carrier bearing will do this same thing, and is worse when hot (rubber is softer then)

driveline angles? measure the pinion angle with the truck on the ground and the trans output angle...especially if it is lifted or lowered

I have a shake just like yours and it seems to start right around the transfer case and work it's way back until it's gone....It extremely shakes when I am in 4x4 and am accelerating and turning a corner. I really think that my transfer case is slightly engaged or stuck from 2high and 4 high but I can not find any info to see if there is any adjustment to correct this.

Does this happen on dry asphalt? If so that's normal

Yes it is on dry ground...and it only happens when you take off from a complete stop. The thing is I am trying to sell it and when people test drive it I lose the sale.
