Easiest way to change front diff fluid and seal?

My front diff is leaking fluid, it has been for a while slowly but now after any short trip it leaves a little puddle after sitting. I suppose the seal is bad and i'm sure it needs more/fluid change. I know it's all smashed up in there against the crossmember/frame, but is there any easy way to get the front cover off and also to fill it. I didn't look hard but i'm sure the fill plug is on the top of the case.

easiest way is to pump the old fluid out through the fill plug..do the same to fill it back up. Your leak may be from your pinion seal...mine leaks also.

take off the diff cover, reseal it with blue or black RTV, and fill it back up with gear oil.

Easier said than done. It you have to remove the whole front differential from the vehicle to remove the diff cover, and put a new gasket on.

I have done it to mine. About a month before i put the RCD on.

I know how to do it (take off cover, drain fluid, re seal with RTV, refill fluid). I was just wondering if there was any "easy" or easier way because the clearance issues are crazy. I don't plan on dropping the entire axle housing but I need to fix this problem shortly because it leaks more than I like and covers everything under the truck with fluid.
