Icon5 a few axle swap questions...

Im getting ready to swap out my dual sport's 7.5 open with 3.73's for a ranger 8.8 locking with 4.10's.. as soon as i find one around kansas city.

But going from 3.73's to 4.10's wont that mess with the abs sensor in the rear end?

What all do i need for the swap parts wise? im not using an exploder axle

just trying to make sure i get everyhting i need to get it done in a day. Its my DD so i cant go a couple days withough it

you just need the axle. ABS shouldn't be affected at all, mine wasn't when i did the same swap. The rear has a tone ring for the abs on the carrier

to be safe though i'd change the carrier bearings, outer bearings, pinion seal, outer axle seals, and obviously change the fluid.

Are you 4x4 or 2wd? I'm assuming 2wd, but figure it's worth covering.

youll need new ubolts and plates because of the bigger axle tubes. other than that its a direct swap, im planning this same swap so ive asked tons of questions.
