Heavy vibration & loud pulsating from 45mph+

Looking for a couple second opinions before tear into this thing later today. 03 4.0 4x4 truck get a nice vibration basically all through the truck anywhere above 45mph, followed by a loud pulsating hum. Pulsating goes away as soon as you let off the throttle but vibration stays. Seems like it’s coming from the front end especially for how much you can feel it in the steering wheel, gonna attach a video for reference hoping someone has dealt with this before.

Doesn't feel or hear like any bad wheel bearing I’ve heard before, mainly because nothing is noticeable from 0-40mph... wasn’t sure if it might be a combination between hubs & CVs.

Have you checked your u-joints? Sometimes the u joints can be responsible for that hum and vibration your feeling. It could also be your wheel bearings, or your tires might not be balanced if it is shaking the steering wheel at higher speeds.

Bad tire, broken belt, had similar happen on a rear tire, tire passed spin balance test but NOT road balance(pressure) test, lol

Won't be engine related from description, i.e. you say MPH not RPM

Lower ball joint, jack up front and check for movement

Have you gone playing in the mud lately? check for clumps of mud inside the front rims.
