Help removing tranny

So im in the process of removing my tranny to replace the clutch. Me and friend have removed cross member all electrical connections and all bolts connecting tranny to the engine and i have a rolling jack to support the weight of it. upon sliding the tranny back to remove it, the tranny seperated from engine about an inch and now woulnt budge any further no matter how we rock, pull or twist on it, im wondering if theres any sorta connections where missing or hints on removing the transmission.

no other connections, may be hitting the fire wall (I have this problem) twist the trans around and keep playing with it....On mine I have to cut the cross over on the exhaust....
