(Help) Tcae interchangeability

Have an 06 5speed 4L 4x4 and Im pretty sure my tcase is junk. Engaging fork is slipping BAD. I also have a custom front driveshaft which is pretty much a superlift shaft. What years are compatible for electric shift tcase. I have a 94 5speed B4000 electric shift tcase and a 91 automatic trans ranger manual tcase. I can pick up an 08 locally for $300. Im still having it checked out by a local stealership before i do anything.

Any electric Borg Warner 1356 tease will bolt up. Only thing that might be different is the shift motor but pretty sure they are the same bolt pattern on the shift motor but I do know the wiring is different from the older ones. You could always swap in a manual tcase
