I have an 87' ranger 4x4 w/ the 2.9 six, I cant get the front axel (right side u-joint is shot) removed from the 'pumpkin', in my chiltons book it says "slide it out' after the outer wheel hubs are removed, I have enough space to easily pull it out, but no luck, is there a PIN inside the differ/pumpkin I have to remove first, I tried to get that off also by removing the front bolts & driveshaft from the front'right axel, & I am getting frusterated! Help (please). Normally these arent that hard to do on "other" vehicles.....thanks
