an LSD and a POSI are the same thing. The question to ask would be whether it has an OPEN diff, or an LSD/posi type.
It's on the axle tag, if it's still there, on your differential. Search "axle tag" here on the board and you'll find references on how to decode it to determine what you may have.
It's likely to have the open (standard) diff unless it was ordered with the optional limited slip differential (or positraction, as they are sometimes referred to).

Sounds good. Its just i feel it has posi or lsd in the back.. Cause it doesn't do the One wheel wonder. It moves pretty good in 2wd mode.. vs my buddys defiently is open diff which just starts to go side to side quite a bit.

Well, that's hard to tell. An open can easily spin both wheels and often does. An open really doesn't move just one wheel, it just splits the power according to the traction difference. When traction is nearly equal on both sides, both wheels can spin.
If it's a 96, with the an original TractionLok rear and hasn't been rebuilt, you may want to look into having that done, or doing it yourself.
