l/s problems

i have a factory l/s for the 28 spline (not the ones in the FX4 that dont wear out). how fast do these wear out. i was burning out on grass yesturday and it worked fine, both wheels spinning. but then i tried to do it again and only one wheel was spinning. the second time i did it my truck was sideways on a slope, could this off been the problem?

the l/s is not perfect if one tire has no resistance it will spin. there needs to be some resistance at both tires. If you apply a little brake while spinning if your l/s is working you should get both tires turning.

Mine can get screwy too. You can have the LS re-built & tighten it up, but by the time you paid for that you might as well get something elese.

yeah try the ebrake trick. If that doesn't work then I would say your l/s is shot.
