I just picked up a '92 RWD Ranger with a 3.0L and the steering isn't super responsive and the column is pretty loose. Could anyone give me a rundown of common causes for rangers in that era? I've worked on power steering systems in other cars but am totally lost when it comes to the rack, u-joint, bushings, etc that can wear down and cause these types of issues.
