Manual hubs

Put Mile Marker manual hubs on my 99 Ranger , is there any reason to do anything to the vaccume lines for the factory hubs . All A/C vents seem to switch normally amd the nem hubs have a new Oring.

No, just move them out of the way.
There should be the Vacuum switch for the PVH setup behind passenger side head light.
You can disconnect the vacuum source(from intake) and plug it, then no worries about a vacuum leak when in 4WD
