Manual transmission upgrades.
Hey guys, I new to the forum . I've installed a engine and trans out of a 1994 mustang into my 1993 Ford ranger. All my a good but I'm having issues converting it to a hydrolic system. I installed a CNC clutch master and a slave cylinder for a 240 nissan. My pedal is hard ! I already replace the clutch thinking it was the pressure plate but nothing changed . Do you guys have any suggestions what to use or go a different route? Thanks

Welcome to the forum
Just answered your brake question
This is clutch so different
The clutch master and slave along with the external fork that pushes on the pressure plate need to be matched up
And the clutch pedal itself needs to have correct leverage point for the setup.
The fork needs to move X inches to disengage clutch without it rubbing, you need to know how far that is.
Then you need a slave that can move it that far, throw distance
And then you need a master that can move the slave that throw distance
If throw distance is 2" and your slave can only move 1.75" then it will be hard to get into 1st gear and it will wear out the clutch disc faster because it is rubbing
Now the hard part
The pedals leverage is the multiplier for your foot/leg pressure on the end of the pedal.

You may just need to add a new hole in the pedal to get more leverage.
