need help on flywheel/flexplate

i just swapped a 4.0 motor from a 99 expo into my ranger a few weeks, and this week i'm gonna finish hooking everything up. but the expo had a manual trans and my ranger has a auto trans. so i need a flywheel or flexplate, i read on here it said for a auto it's called a flexplate, is that correct? but anyways on to my question i'm goin to the junkyard tomorrow to pick up a few things. they have 99 and down expo & rangers there. can i pull one off of any of them? thanks

A flex plate is used on an automatic trans.
Manual transmissions use a flywheel.
The only things they have in common are a ring gear on the outside and that they bolt to the crankshaft and drive the trans.
