NEED HELP NOW!

Yeah, I inspected it... LOL,
Well, went and bought some cheaper gear oil for now, new silicone and cleaned and prepped both surfaces. Adhered the silicone, tightened all the bolts in a star like pattern by hand, added gear oil (2.75-2.85qts) put the plug back in and took it for a higher speed test drive (roughly 55mph, and so far so good, no noise or weird feelings). Hope it stays like this til I can work on it next.
I'll get the pic of the inside of the diff cover posted later... No splits, so no need to replace it. Just dented from the bolt head flying around in the diff.

Overall I was not impressed with the quality of the torsen unit, based on appearance. Though it performed well, until it blew up.

No, but if I did, i would send you one.
I have always used Detroit Lockers for the rear and the only one truck with a front traction device had an OX Locker so I am limited in the parts.
I’ve got some bed bolts or a nice assortment of Button Head Machine Screws, LoL…
Luck on finding the one you need.

because he just put in a manual T-case, and doesnt have a driveshaft long enough. The SL shaft was too short. the manual T-cases are smaller than the electronic ones, therefore the distance the arm has to reach is farther.
