Hopefully I don't have to do this again for quite a long time...

those are supposed to have like 30 some degrees of change? something to that effect.

stronger too. what were the previous ones. i know they were not stock.

Those are the ones.

The old CV's were actually from an Acura Legend, they guy that built them said they could handle 1000+ HP, but no one was ever sure about the angles. When I told Aaron I broke one he said he was surprised it lasted this long... lol

That's just what I was told... I've never seen a 1000hp Legend either but stranger things have happened... lol

How has the rest of that front end been holding up?

nice, acura CV's.. i never even thought about looking around for another car for donor shafts.

1000 hp is one thing.. launching a truck is another


very impressive carnage. i bet those porsche shafts were a pretty penny.

So far so good. In nearly 4 years I've only had to replace the bushings once (my choice, weren't bad, just loud), the inner/outer tie rods once, and now the half shafts.

It was only the inner CV's, the shafts custom and the outers were Ford.
