PCM Question

I have already asked one guy on here about this but i thought i would send it out to everybody. I am swapping my auto tranny out with a manual one in my 94 ranger 4wd. the question i have is the PCM in my auto truck has totally different connections then the one in the manual truck. Any help with this would be great.

I was looking on ebay i saw somebody selling a PCM for my truck but the add said that if the number on your comuter does not contain either MT or AT it will work on both. My number is F37F-18T806-AC. Does anybody know if this true?
