this is from the "creaking" post.

100k is alot of miles, be glad you got that out of em.
some people only get 40-80k out of upper/lower balljoints.

video is hard to tell. you need to jack the front end up from the frame so the wheel are relaxed with no pressure on the ( no jack on the lower a-arm) take ur hands at the top and bottom of the wheel and try and move the tire ( upper arm pushing and lower arm pulling) wiggle it back and forth to feel for play. then do the same with ur hands on the side of the tire. play on the side is going to be tie rods, play up and down are wheel bearing or ball joints. only way to check our ranger ball joints in with a pry bar. you need to try and push the ball joint away from the control arm and watch for any movement in the joint. im guess its a lower balljoint, but really its hard to tell without being there and feeling the susp.

if you take it to a dealer they will usually do a 99point inspection for free. or at least at our dealer we do.

that driver side tie rod looks pretty bad from the video.

i see the front drive shaft in there, but what does that bolt go to? i need a zoom out.
is that the bolt for the front diff? go in there and tighten it up the diff may be rockin when you hit a bump.
