Pulse Vacuum Front Hubs

Folks,

I have a newbie question. How do I tell if I have the PV front hubs on my 2000 4.0 5-spd 4x4?

Thanks in advance.

You probably don't but its easy to tell, pull off the hub cover

PVH hub on front wheel seen here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/images...VH%20Fix/2.JPG

Live Axle hub seen here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...hub_grease.PNG
Just a nut holding axle to wheel, it may have a grease cap on it, but no "hub lock"

Yes, I believe they would have "lifetime" front bearings, lol
So yes you replace the whole hub for the "next lifetime"

And they are all ABS hubs now because they can be used on either 4WABS or just Rear ABS models
