squeaking clutch

for the past 2 days or so my clutch has been making a really annoying squeaking noise whenever i engage/disengage it... could this be related to the cold or do i have a bigger problem on my hands... it still feels the same as it did when i got the whole clutch system (minus master cyl) replaced in march... any ideas??

Unfortunately the clutch lining is specifically excluded from your 3/36,000 warranty. It is considered a "maintenance" item. You'd have to convince them that it is caused by something besides the lining to get warranty coverage.

Mine has started to squawk in the colder weather, too.

Same deal. I was just going to hit anything and everything related to the movement of the pedal w/ WD40. If nothing else, I'll get that great shop smell in the comfort of my own truck!

I have the same problem also. I sprayed WD40 all over the pedal and cable areas and nothing. I crawled under the truck and had my wife to depress the clutch pedal many times and I could "feel" the noise while I had a hold of the cable and it appears to be coming from inside the tranny where the cable enters the housing. This is where I can "feel" the noise the strongest. The engine was not running while doing this testing.
The clutch works fine however.
