Strange noise up front

I cant figure out where this noise is coming from. When truck is in motion there is a strange almost whistling noise that comes from front end or maybe even middle of the truck. I cant tell. The whistling is also accompanied by a sort of rubbing and then slight grinding. Ive replaced pads, calipers, hubs/bearings, u joints, and brake pressure switch. I thought maybe tranny fluid was liw but when i unscrewed the fill plug about 2 qts came rushing out. The noise is only when wheels are turning. 4wd not engaged. It does it in every gear, neutral, whether clutch is in or out...doesnt matter. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you checked the oil level in the front diff or the transfer case ?
