Welcome to the forum

Only one post is needed, someone will see it

Flashing OD light means computer sees a problem in transmission and has set OBD2 codes in memory
You will need to get the codes read to find out where to start as far as a fix for it

There are about 80 transmission codes, so guessing is out of the question, and a waste of time and.............money

Some auto parts stores can read Transmission codes, a special reader is needed for transmission codes
Any transmission shop can read the codes but they will some times charge to do that

In any case you NEED the code(s) FIRST, WRITE THEM DOWN, exact numbers are needed, "I think it was............" is a waste of your time

Transmission codes will start with P07
Example of the first 21 here:

P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P0701 Transmission Control System Range/Performance
P0702 Transmission Control System Electrical
P0703 Torque Converter/Brake Switch B Circuit Malfunction
P0704 Clutch Switch Input Circuit Malfunction
P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction (PRNDL Input)
P0706 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0707 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0708 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit High Input
P0709 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Intermittent
P0710 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0711 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0712 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0713 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input
P0714 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit Intermittent
P0715 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0716 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0717 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal
P0718 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Intermittent
P0719 Torque Converter/Brake Switch B Circuit Low
P0720 Output Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction

There are 60 more, which is why guessing is useless, lol
