what tranny fits the 3.0L besides the A4LD . I have a 92 XLT 2wd A/T that is starting to go bad . Do I have options or am i stuck w/the A4LD . Because I got great info on a brake swap for the rear , I am asking for any input that anybody can offer . I get the feeling that my tranny is gonna crap-out on me and need to be armed with options . thanks :

But your pretty much stuck with the A4LD if your going to go with something from a ranger.
