Slave cylinder solution?

I have a '08 4x4 4.0l Xl standard that I bought brand new last year. After about 6 weeks it developed what I describe as a creek in the clutch pedal each time I depress or release it. It feels similar to the way a cable clutch with a frayed cable would feel, kinda crunchy. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the slave, but after another 6 weeks or so the noise returned, since then I have had the slave replaced by ford at least three more times, and each time the same problem has come back. They offer no other solution despite my best efforts. So I'm hoping that someone here could help me out with some advice or recommendations. Thanks in advance for any info, this board seems to be a great source of information.

Or give up on the Rangers, cause they all have that issue.

I believe they are replacing both cylinders each time, and at least once most of the other associated parts. I would love a lemon law unfortunately I'm in Canada and the law we have here would deduct many hundreds of dollars, if not a few thousand from the value before paying out (and I would still have no truck). The way they work the financing at Ford it would cost me more then 25% extra each month to switch to an auto which I can't afford. I was hoping someone knew of a different slave manufacturer or something like that . Just for the record I also replaced a control arm bushing, and a shock mount bushing with in the first two months of owning it, and at about 11 months the rust started just had the paint repaired by dealer and the a.c stopped working (waiting for parts). Some first year with ford...

Wow. That is crazy how many problems you are having with a brand new truck.

I wish I was making this up. All Ford says they will do is continue to replace with the same part, even though it must be costing them a fortune. They won't even offer any kind of discount on a new truck, in fact I spoke to a salesman, and the price I got from them was more than when I built it online, unbelievable...
