transfer case

When I'm normally driving just straight in 4wd there is no noise..When I put torque on it say when I'm im climbing a rock to flex something makes a clunking noise. When you look under it while trying to climb it looks as if the transfer case is moving up and down excessivly..Any ideas on what causes this
?

Front driveshaft going out? Just a guess since you just put the kit on.
