What is a dramer? In English please?

I have never had in issue, have owned several ranger based vehicles with the same transfer case. What is the problem with it?

AND, what is a "06 2009 model"???
Is it a 2006 or a 2009?

I've never heard of the transfer case giving problems while in 2WD. Now, if you're driving around in 4WD on hard pavement, that's a different story. That's asking for trouble.
