Hello all, I have a 1985 ford ranger 4x4 that has a 1989 ford mustang 5.0 swap. I know nothing about drive train, and recently my tranny took a shiiiii (C4)

How do I find a transmission that will fit? Will any old C4 transmission just direct swap right in??

I am wondering if that transmission will direct swap in.
It looks closely identical to the one I have.

Wow, thanks homie smh...

 

You can use your V8 bellhousing on another C4 but..................it needs to be a 4x4 C4 so you can use your transfer case as well

"Super Streeter" would be for 2WD not 4x4
