very annoying rattling clutch

When i depress my clutch the rattling stops...anybody knows what this is?
does my clutch need to be adjusted or is it the throwout bearing and slave?
Also the sweet spot/ shift point on the clutch has moved up significantly if that makes any difference I do not know
help please!

Broken spring on the clutch disk or loose finger on the pressure plate.
Clutch job time is now , not later.

Yes replace clutch. I did a stang at work 4L did the same thing. New clutch and labor came to 8xx. You could do this yourself its not hard at all and you don't need a lift I didn't get a lift that day.

If it goes away when you press the clutch in, or in gear at idle (slow roll or on stands) it's the throwout bearing.
