I have a 2008 XLT with the 4.0L V6 and the 5 Speed Automatic with Overdrive transmission. I was told by the dealer that I have 4.10 gearing on the rear end, but I can make it to 60 MPH in first gear. Does it sound like I have different gearing than that? Thanks All

 

Read the tag on the rear end, that'll tell you what's in it.

It'll be on the door sticker as well if you don't want to crawl under the truck with all the snow.

Ha Dads 81 f-150 will do 60 Mph in first but the trans nor the engine is stock!
