What oil should i use with torsen t2

A chilton manual i have says gl5 sae 90wt hypoid gear oil, just one problem. I cant find a straight 90wt anywhere, what does torsen recommend? What do you guys use? Any benefits to using synthetic oils?

My Ford workshop manual says it's supposed to be 75W140 synthetic gear oil.

Be sure that's synthetic 75w140.

The tag should be attached to one of the cover bolts.
