Where can I buy a new driveshaft?

'99 2WD B2500...the balancer on my driveshaft came loose a couple of months ago, so I removed it to stop the clanking. I knew there'd be a lot of vibration at high speed, but I don't use the truck as a daily driver, so it wasn't a huge deal. But I'll be making some long trips this summer, and the vibration is not going to be fun (and I don't want to risk any tranny/diff damage). Thing is, I've done a fair amount of searching, and it doesn't seem easy to pick up a new OEM driveshaft--am I missing something? is it possible to get one direct from Ford/Mazda? Any other ideas? I suppose I could find a used one, but I'd rather not have to deal with another broken balancer before I absolutely have to...

If you don't want to go used just look up a local driveline shop. They can make one up for you!

Actually after reading your post again - if driveshaft balance is your only problem.... just get them to rebalance yours.
