wierd tranny noise (slipping?) HELP!!!!!1!

so i drove 300 mile today and towards the end my tranny (5sp) started making some weird noises. so when im in 3rd and 4th gear at about 3000-3500 rpm's my tranny makes a weird squealing noise. it kinda sounds like a belt slipping and i can feel the truck kinda loose power and then get it back. it kinda surges. i was thinking it could be the clutch slipping and then grabbing and that would make sense because it would explain the loss of power and then getting it back and the slipping noise. what do u think it could be. it doesnt happen in 1st or 2nd and ill see if it still does it in the morning after it is nice and cool. but i just replaced the clutch not even 1000 miles ago...i cant see it slipping but idk. thanks for the help

ok so this morning i took it out.....while it was cool at about 3000-3500 rpm's there is a slight grinding noise. and once it get warm it starts doing the really weird noise. it does it in all gears but i really only notice the power surge in 3rd and 4th. i hear the noise coming from where it shifter comes in but that is also the only real place that noise can come in from so it could be from any thing down there. also when im driving and push the clutch in when and rev it up to like 3000 rpms sometimes it will make a grinding noise. but when i am not moving it doesnt do it. i just replaced the camshaft position sensor if u think that could have any thing to do with it.
