Will a 1994 4.0 work in a 1992 ranger?

I'm looking to buy a 4.0 out of a 1994 ranger to put in my 1992 ranger and I was wondering if that would just bolt right in and everything

Yes, 1994 and 1992 will be the same engine, plug and play.
Put in a new rear main seal whenever you swap out an engine, they are cheap and hard to get to after engine is in place.
