Ok, I am going to change my grill from the 01 that I have to the 04 and up style. Correct me if Im wrong but all I should need are the header panel, grill and the filler panels under the headlights right? I will be having the hood modified to fit the new grill, dont want to give up the powerdome LOL.

Yes, grill header panel and the black plastic fillers under the header panel. You will need the 04 up hood latch or need to bend yours so it will work.
