In the very front of my bed there is a huge rust spot, and my huge I mean I went through the bed floor. It’s near the passenger side front bolt in- the bed. The truck has Rhino Lining except where I peeled it up in the front to see the rust. The rusted hole is probably 6”-8 but it is rusted out all the way across the front of the bed. My question is have any of you ran into this problem? If so how did you fix it. I couldn’t find patch panels to match that area. Any advice would be helpful.

If its a huge hole and across the whole front of the bed your going to need a new bed. No way to fix that and make it look good. You could lay sheet metal down but it will look like crap.
