Rusted Bolts

I'm on a mission to get my hitch off. It's rust-tastic and looks like my ranger is crapping while driving in the sunlight. If you go to my cardomain you can see some shots of it. The plan is to take it off, get the rust off and spray it down with a few cans of rustoleum and and what not. Then get new bolts. I also need the hitch off because there is a nice big rust hole forming near my bumper and I need to patch it up and fix it or it's just keep getting bigger.

The big problem is that I need to get the bolts off. I didn't want to take it off or cut the bolts before the exhaust went on because I wanted to make sure I could fit a hitch on with the pipes. now I can't really geta torch up to the side bolts but can get a wrench or maybe the dremmel. Any ideas on getting these off. Should I just try to wack them with the dremmel or is there a better way to do this? Any help would be great.

I've used a bunch of liquid wrench on it already too. Past 2 days I've sprayed it before I went to bed and it hasn't done anything.

How much is "pb blaster" and where can you get it?

another for PB blast, you can get it at autoparts stores, its as much as WD-40. i would hit it with a blowtorch right before you start working on it, heat it for a good 10-15 seconds, it will expand the metal of both the bolt and threads, then as it cools they should release from each other. what i usually do it heat it for 15 seconds, then spray PB blast all over it, the combination of cooling and lubricant usually breaks anything loose for me
