Don't hold me to it but I'm fairly sure that the 250/350 3rd brakelight was wider.

 

it could be, but on another ebay brake light for f150's that was not smoked like this one it said it fit rangers as well, so im just wondering now if that is true or not

oh wait, is the 150 brake different than the 250,350?

actually i have a more simple question, is there a smoked brake light for the ranger, or a black cover? i just got smoked tails and want it all to match...pics coming soon

 

get some night shade then paint the brake light, i useto have it but i swaped it out for thats led one like ur looking at but its clear but they call it SMOKED dosent seem it but i think its very cool. and the night shade one has a chrome flame cover on it u can see the sides.

 

I like that ebay one because it still has the real cargo lamps, instead of the LED's in that spot. I always thought superduty and ranger 3rd brake lights were the same. F150 3rd break lights are way different than the rangers. Edit: found this auction for an LED brakelight- says it'll work with 95-03 rangers as well as superduties.

where can i find the paint to make it smoked??? do you have any pictures of what it looked like?

 

FYI Ford Sport track(older version), F-250 HD, F-350, F-450, Ranger 93+ all have the same 3rd brake light...

 

this is the link to get from jusnes modified but there out but u can get it in some auto parts stores. i hade to special order it from a store that caried VHT paints i payed like 9$ +shiping so not bad. than get some clear coat to. the night shade is a specialty paint and u can see the light threw the tint very easy.

ps: one i got had a diff color on it had like purpleish and had a tail light on it .
