98-00 Tow Hook Options w/BL

I was wondering what ppl with 98-00 4x4 trucks did with their tow hooks with a 3" Body Lift(i know most just get rid of them) but for those who keep them on, may you post a pic of your set up? I don't really want to get rid of them just want to see my limited options.
May try and find a set of FX4 J Hooks also when i go to the JY.

Thanks

there not "stock" level II hooks... thus why... neither of us had to "cut" down for the stock hook location after a body lift.. like you will have to...
