Any Ideas?

Alright. when I hit bumps really fast like bump after bump I tend to hear like a squeek noise coming from the left front tire. Life if something might be rusty. Would anyone happen to know what it would be? A bit of help please....

It could be a loose mount to something. Also maybe your sway bar mounts are making noise.

Sure the noise is coming from the front? And, it only makes noise when going over bumps?

I'd guess a ball joint. If you haven't replaced them yet and you've had the truck for a few thousand miles at minimum. then it'd be a fair assumption. You can always grease the ball joints with a grease needle through the rubber boot, and if the squeak goes away in a few days then it's the ball joint.
