Looks to be under the bed so most likely the Vapor Canister, that's part of the EVAP system and next to the charcoal canister, usually its part of the Canister set, one unit that has both canisters inside a cover/mount

Thanks I looked it up and you are correct.
Just got the truck last week and I'm exploring, doing oil, tranny fluid, brakes etc.
It is disconnected and plugged
Does that cause a problem?
