Can I change my 2003 grille to a newer one cheaply? Does it just convert over or is it a lot of work?

 

If you want the 04+ style then you need: header panel, grill, and hood. (I believe that is all) IMO Keep what you have I like the Powerdome Hood a lot more then the 04+ hoods. Carriage works makes some sweet aftermarket grill inserts.

yeah keep what ya got and find a great insert. 01 - 03 front end to me looks the best!
