Do the rear cab doors open on my 1993 Ranger XLT Xcab

I just purchased my 93 Ranger XLT Supercab about a month ago and noticed that some online pictures show that the rear cab doors look like they open. If so how do you open them?

Ford did offer a supercab that did not have rear doors. If you have handles on the forward side of the door, then its possible for the latch cable ends to be bad.
