I've got a Fleetside and I got a friend with a FX4 and I like the color/texture of the FX4 Flares. Besides I've got a crack in one of my flares and I would like to know If someone would like to sell me the flares on their FX4??

Ok here is the think about the flares, There are two types, XLT have a dark grey, and the level II's have a black/charcoal. both will require you to drill wholes in your fenders to mount them. Not many people have taken them off you may want to check ebay.

 

I have flares on my edge, but will I have to still drill holes... you think ford would've just matched the holes up, right. Anyways, I already checked eBay and didn't find anything. oh well.

Do you think I could just paint them flat black? or would that look cheezy?

Got any pics, sounds like a good Idea!! Could I just line-X over the cracked one, or get it fixed??
