Will headlight lamps from 2001-2011 ranger fit on my 2003 Mazda B2300?
From what I understand is that rangers and B series are pretty much carbon copies but I'm sure there's small things that are proprietary to either vehicle.

Headlights are one of them. You have to swap the header panels to get the Ranger headlights to fit. And even then, the fenders are shaped slightly different to match the curve of the headlights on a Mazda.

Pretty much. You'd have to give up the Mazda grille to make them fit.
