HELP!!! Frame Rust Damage - Salvageable?

Frame Rust Damage - Salvageable?
Frame right where cab meets bed

Probably going to be too hard to weld or fab something due to hole size and location.
Any other ideas?
Its a 97 2.3 Flareside, not that that matters.
Thanks.

Ouch, yea that bad boys shot. Rusted thru and cracked... Anything is weldable but isnt that right next to the gas tank? I bet all along there is swiss cheese so you may not find a solid patch to weld to.

I had a hell of a time trying to find a shop that would even touch welding on a frame due to liability.

Yes. Driver side. Just up from rear wheel well.
That is what I thought. Damn!!
Really weird. Body is in pretty good shape. No rust. Lot of rust underneath though.
